In ‘Sympathy for the Devil‘, a girl delivers a stunning message from Chuck the Prophet to the Winchester Brothers about the sword of Michael.
Along with the release of the synopsis, the first episode of “Supernatural” season 5 gets a short clip. “Sympathy for the Devil” will pick up where the season 4 finale left off when Dean and Sam watch as the seal is broken and the Devil emerges from Hell.
In the sneak peek, a girl named Becky, who is apparently a fan of Sam, comes to the brothers’ motel to deliver an important message from Chuck the Prophet (guest star Rob Benedict). “The Michael sword is on earth, the angels lost it,” Becky told Dean and Sam, adding that the sword’s location is in a castle on a hill made of 42 dogs. In the synopsis, Chuck also tells them that Castiel has been blown to bits by the archangels.
“Supernatural” returns on September 10. Paris Hilton will guest star in the fifth episode as a demon taking the shape of Paris Hilton. “We wrote the role just for her,” producer Sera Gamble said. “We’re very excited that she said yes.”

Only appearing as a glimpse on the fourth season finale, the Devil will give Sam and Dean a whole lot of trouble in the fifth season.
News are sprouting on “Supernatural” casting side. After the revelation that Adrianne Palicki will be back as Sam’s ex Jessica, an actor is found to portray the Devil. This villain will be a big story arc for the fifth, and possibly final, season of “Supernatural“.
Filling the role of the Devil aka Lucifer is Mark Pellegrino who is also a familiar face on “Lost” and “Dexter“. It is unknown whether the new role will have any effect on Mark’s stint on “Lost” because his character on the ABC series, Jacob, is still active. He is listed on “Supernatural” as “heavily recurring cast”.
In the casting call, Lucifer is described as “soft-spoken, strangely sympathetic, more vulnerable than evil and should have piercing eyes.” In the fourth season finale, Lucifer escaped from hell but his face was not shown.
Fifth season of “Supernatural” premieres on The CW September 10.

According to the Ausiello Files, Adrianne Palicki is heading back to the CW’s SUPERNATURAL in the role of Jessica, Sam’s dead girlfriend.
Adrianne Palicki is currently playing the part of Tyra on Friday Night Lights. As Tyra, Adrianne has proven that she has the chops to be a great actress with a lot of depth and intensity. Although Supernatural might be on the lighter side of things (let’s be honest, it’s not meant to be intense drama), it is safe to say that her casting will be a welcome addition to the show.
As things stand today, Adrianne Palicki is only slated for one episode early in the season. Hopefully we will see more of her.
