In a bid to encourage fans of the show not to miss the re-run this summer, the network teases on what will happen in the next season.

Aired on FOX this week is a promo of “House M.D.” which partly recaps last season and teases on what happens next in the sixth season. The footage begins with scenes about the incredible medical mysteries as well as House’s romantic moment with Cuddy. Then it moves on to where the series will pick up after House experienced hallucinations on the season finale.

Without giving much, FOX says “The only we can tell you is: you won’t want to miss it.” House chimes in, “Shocking. Discuss.” In case fans miss the fifth season, FOX is re-running it this summer every Monday and Tuesday at 8/7c.

EW’s Michael Ausiello previously let go some casting scoops for the new season. “Tony winner Lin-Manuel Miranda has been cast as House’s psych hospital roomie, sources confirm to me exclusively,” so the columnist wrote, adding that Miranda will appear in at least 2 episodes. FOX will have ‘The Moment of Truth’ back this summer along with the new schedules for ‘Mental’.

Although an official summer line-up had been released last month, FOX is reshuffling the schedule on some shows. Their new series “Mental” will now arrive earlier on May 26 instead of the previously set May 29. “Mental” will run its first season paired with the repeats of “House M.D.” up to June 23 and then comes on Fridays starting July 3.

Also noticed in the new list, “The Moment of Truth” will return this summer and the network has put it in Wednesdays slot. On July 29 the game show will air boosted by the lead-in from “So You Think You Can Dance”. It will then have the day solo with two hours air time on August 12 before paired with the repeats of “Bones” the next week.

Some shows remain intact in their initial schedule. They are “Don’t Forget the Lyrics!” which is still put under May 22 and new series “More to Love” which premieres July 28.

House recalls his sex with Cuddy while taking care of a patient’s hand which acts on its own will, on the May 11 episode of ‘House M.D.’

“You will definitely be talking about this ending,” FOX said on its promo for “House M.D.” season finale. On May 11, House and the team are intrigued by Scott (guest star Ashton Holmes), a man whose left brain and right brain operate independently, leaving him with two distinct personalities and no control over some of his actions.

As the two sides of Scott’s brain struggle for dominance, his warring personalities make it increasingly difficult for the team to figure out what is causing the unique problem. The team is forced to use some unusual methods to get him to cooperate with their necessary testing. Read more…
