Wil Wheaton visits The Big Bang Theory
It’s a race against the clock, because tonight Wil Wheaton—a god among geeks—will rock Sheldon’s world. And why wouldn’t he? Any geek worth his/her collection of multi-colored lightsabers knows that where there is a Wil there is a way to redeem ones own faltering geekiness.
Wil Wheaton became a sci-fi icon as the impressionable young Wesley Crusher (Star Trek: The Next Generation). Wheaton currently writes for the Dungeons & Dragons magazine ‘Dungeon’, and if that weren’t enough to solidify his devotion to the nerd generation, Wheaton’s weblog is the official home of geekdom.
Tonight’s episode of Big Bang features a stand off between Sheldon and Wil Wheaton, when Sheldon decides to get revenge on the “geek”/”nerd” (god), after Wheaton inadvertently fails to show up for an autograph signing.
